Invoices will not accept fractional/decimal quantities

I want to use Siwapp... but I can not use it until I have the ability to enter fractional/decimal quantities instead of only integers.

I am billing portions of hours on particular projects but Siwapp truncates the fraction of the hour and computes the invoice amount only on the whole number portion of the quantity.

For instance, I'm billing at $28/hour for 10.5 hours.

When I enter this data I get the automated incorrect amount of $280 instead of a correct billing calculation of $294.
