i18n issues.

It would be great to have a reference xml file that can be use by translator to translate in other language (a list of all translatable text) I'm the french translator and I have seen that translations are missing. The only possibility I have to add translation is to dive into the code to find the missing string.

thanks for your suggestion, gael. also, it will be easier to keep a single reference file in sync with last changes in code.

ticket reopened because a malfunction in the "auto-save" feature of the i18n:extract symfony task. If the xml doesn't have encoding="UTF-8" specified on its first line, the task saves it as iso which conflicts when it comes to non-western european languages.
