big revamp.
preinstall addons:
- cache writable checking,
- new "web/config" folder for storaging lock file & custom options
- the installation process now writes on esential files of the symfony libraries for make it work on folders different that defaults.
- the app can now be installed on a folder not named "web"
- and several more addons.
